judging from the picture below, which seems to be from the same event, I think it is indeed a diamond collet rivière.
I think that this diamond rivière, which seems to be made of rather small collets (if compared, for instance, to the bigger collets of Queen Victoria's Coronation Necklace), could be the same as the one worn by the Queen on 27 July 2012 for the opening ceremony of the London Olympic Games:
It is probably one of the many rivières that Queen Mary loved to pile on one another around her neck...
