I do not think this brooch can be described as a "spray", it looks too round, too compact.
You can see this floral brooch, made of diamond petals with a ruby centre, here, worn by the Queen Mother:
I know nothing about the history of this brooch. After the death of the Queen Mother, it was probably inherited by Queen Elizabeth II and, like most of QEQM's private jewels, was loaned to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who wore it at least twice:
