I agree with Nellie, the brooch is the same on Joye's both pictures, which are from the same event: the Queen Mother's attendance at a Press Club's reception in October 1982.
I do not know of which stones this brooch is made, it is hard to tell from the pictures. It is the only time I have seen the Queen Mother wearing this brooch, and I do not remember seeing Camilla with it (but if anyone has a pic, please post it!).
