I have the 2002 reprint of the 1997 edition of Leslie Field's The Queen's Jewels.
The Queen Mother's sapphire and diamond flower brooch is not presented with a full page dedicated to it, with illustrative pictures. It is only mentioned, without pictures, at the bottom of the page 146 of my edition (the excerpt I have quoted in my previous post). But the description matches so perfectly the brooch we are discussing, that I think there is no doubt about it.
