But of course. It's still private property. The main goal of the foundation is to prevent taxes and to avoid the matter who gets what. The rules of the foundation even state it can dispose of any item deemed unnecessary for a proper execution of the royal job. The Stuart could be at auction in no time if they decided they don't need it anymore. The foundation also automatically ceases to exist when the monarchy is abolished.
