Let's remind that Juliana's personal jewelry is only concerned. In any case the historic parures and thus, any tiara (all of them belong to the Foundation, I think, including the aquamarine one). That said, the same question will be back for Willem Alexander and Maxima's children, since they have three daughters. Two of them will have to inherit something, that's why Maxima regularly adds some new pieces to her personal collection. So the fragmentation you mean is expected and inescapable, and the same goes with the Swedish collection. In both cases, the most important thing is to safe the historic jewelry.
