1. I do not think it is Queen Mary's which Princess Elizabeth wore for her wedding. 2. I have no idea how to identify the Princess Victoria fringe. Do you? 3. I have never seen the Queen Mary fringe tiara either worn as a necklace or even described as tiara/necklace.
