Nellie, Roberts, p. 188 says that Queen Mary's fringe made in 1919 was worn by QEII on her wedding day and that the tiara can be de-mounted to wear as a necklace. I hope I have not misunderstood your post Nellie, as I am sure I have read posts by you describing the tiara QEII wore on her wedding day. If I have misunderstood, I apologise.
