I have unfortunately no information about this tiara, which I have seen only on this picture.
The Royal Collection's website dates this picture around 1902, i.e. two years after the annulment of Princess Marie-Louise and Prince Aribert's marriage.
From what I read on Wikipedia, Princess Marie-Louise was on official visit (and not on private visit) in Canada when her marriage was annuled by her father-in-law in December 1900. So it might be possible that she had her "serious" jewels with her at the time, as she probably had some official evening engagements in Canada where the wearing of jewels would have been expected from a (Royal) Highness.
