The emerald Coty tiara was sold years ago. The weddingpresent diamond bandeau, the diamond and saphire tiara, the diamond rivière and earrings from the princess of Joinville and the pearl earrings of Queen Marie-Amélie were all inherited by the various children of the late countess. The current count only inherited the haircomb and his second wife altered it by adding a central emerald.
Fortunately the Duke of Vendome has the Duchess of Montpensier who herself is from the well to do Wurtembergs so she did not have to sell her jewels. The Duchess of Montpensier has the care of her two handicapped children to provide for (im not sure the Count of Paris has the means to do so) and she'll no doubt want to make sure that they get all the care they need. This with the full support of her three healthy children btw who all have always been very supportive of their mother.
