Im not sure that particular picture is of his inauguration. The lady on the left in pink is princess Marianne. She was 4 when her father was inaugurated as sovereign prince in 1814 and 5 when he became king a year later. Besides for the inauguration in the Nieuwe Kerk Wilhelmina, her mother-in-law the dowager Princess of Orange and her sister-in-law Louise, dowager Duchess of Brunswick were not seated on the main dais but to the left.
