I did not suggest that!!!!
I suggested that before a small selection was shown to her, the Duchess was told QEII would offer her a tiara. So the Duchess "researched" the QEII tiaras seen in the media and hit on the Vladimir.
When the time came, the tiaras for her to choose from must have been quite a disappointment.
