Exactly! The chap was and is clueless when it comes to his own heritage and what that entails.

Prior to his wedding I suspect that the only tiaras which Harry knew about were the ones which HM or his late mother wore publicly. I rather doubt he'd been given a tour of the vaults ar any point.
