Just got back from the pool. I did water walking. 20 mins. Just walking. I have been so sore. Everything. I made a promise to myself not to push too much and get myself down

I can’t tell if the ablation is working yet or not because of all the soreness and my right hip/bursitis is horrible. I am getting an injection into the bursa Tuesday. I keep having spasms I. My low right back right near that hip and I don’t know why. I feel like everything is falling apart!
