If you save the complete web page to your computer, it generates a folder with all the pictures used. One of the pictures saved is a hi-res picture of the item featured on the page.
On my desktop computer, right-clicking doesn't do anything. You basically see the close-up when you hover over the picture that's featured.
On my iPad, you can double-click on the picture and it opens up the hi-res photo immediately with the URL of that picture like the links below:
