Actually it was Jewellers Vita Israel and Hoeting. Vita Israel supplied the stones, Hoeting did the design.
--Previous Message-- : Speaking about Vita Israël. The firm Israël : & Hoetig created the Wedding Gift Parure : 1901. For so far known the (unwearable) : diadem of this parure was broken up to : create personal bijoux. The bracelets are : still intact (and regularly worn). The : whereabouts of the collier, more or less : mirroring the broken-up diadem is unknown. : In his book René Brus only mentions the : breaking-up of the diadem, not of the : collier. : : After decades of no-see suddenly some : diamond-and-sapphire lozenges from this long : time not seen collier pop up on another : necklace, worn as diadem (see picture). That : indicates that the original large necklace : of the Wedding Gift Parure 1901 is still : intact indeed? Also the eh... Mellerio, : eh... Masin, eh... Israël Sapphire Parure : has long not seen elements, like the very : large diamond-and-sapphire bracelets which : -I think- have never been worn anymore since : the reign of Queen Juliana. So both grand : parures are surrounded with quite a few : question marks.... : : : : : : : :
